TravelSmart bewertet jedes Jahr 326 gro\u00dfe Unternehmen aus den USA, Europa und Indien nach ihren Emissionen im Zusammenhang mit Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen. Die Einstufung basiert auf Indikatoren wie den Reduktionszielen, der angewandten Transparenz und den ergriffenen konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen. Die Klassifizierung wird von der europ\u00e4ischen Vereinigung Transport & Environment T&E durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Was die Schweizer Unternehmen betrifft, so vergibt das Klassement die Note A an Swiss Re und Zurich Insurance. \"Elles prouvent une fois de plus que moins prendre l'avion ne se fait pas au d\u00e9triment de la r\u00e9ussite commerciale\", estime Yves Chatton, expert en transport a\u00e9rien \u00e0 l'ATE. \"Swiss Re und Z\u00fcrich haben sich vor f\u00fcnf Jahren ein klares Ziel gesetzt und ihre Emissionen im Zusammenhang mit Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen um etwa zwei Tausend Tonnen gesenkt. Elles misent donc principalement sur les budgets voyages et \u00e9missions.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Ein wichtiger Bedarf an Rattrapage<\/b><\/h4>\n

Aber alle Schweizer Unternehmen sind noch nicht bereit, sich auf den Weg zu machen: Der Zementhersteller Holcim hat noch keine Ziele f\u00fcr die Begrenzung des Flugverkehrs definiert. Glencore h\u00e4lt sich bedeckt und weigert sich sogar, seine Daten zu diesem Thema zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. ABB und Nestl\u00e9 haben ihr Niveau von 2019 fast wieder erreicht, w\u00e4hrend die internationalen Unternehmen ihre Emissionen in denselben Zeitr\u00e4umen um eine Tonne reduziert haben.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Konkrete Ziele zu haben ist wichtig, insbesondere f\u00fcr multinationale Unternehmen, um die Klimaziele einzuhalten und als Unternehmen verantwortungsvoll zu handeln\", so Yves Chatton abschlie\u00dfend. Die Einstufung in die TravelSmart-Kategorie macht deutlich: Unternehmen, die sich konkrete Ziele setzen, k\u00f6nnen ihre Emissionen deutlich reduzieren. Les entreprises suisses pourraient avoir un r\u00f4le d'exemple. \"Certaines jouent d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce r\u00f4le, d'autres doivent agir rapidement.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

ATE und T&E appellieren an die Unternehmen, sich klare und ehrgeizige Ziele f\u00fcr die Verringerung der Emissionen im Bereich der Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen zu setzen und diese koh\u00e4rent umzusetzen. Nach Ansicht der beiden Verb\u00e4nde ist das Reisen mit der Bahn statt mit dem Flugzeug besonders effizient. Die Videokonferenz ist dar\u00fcber hinaus eine sinnvolle Alternative, um lange Flugreisen vollst\u00e4ndig zu vermeiden.<\/span><\/p>\n
