Das bedeutet, dass das ultimative Ziel dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen darin besteht, die Nachfrage zu senken, um die Dekarbonisierung der Energie- und Wirtschaftssysteme des Staates zu beschleunigen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Dekarbonisierung des Verkehrs ist eine zentrale S\u00e4ule dieses Plans. Zu den Ma\u00dfnahmen z\u00e4hlt, dass die Regierung ihre Mitarbeiter ab Januar 2024 f\u00fcr Fahrten, die mit dem Zug in weniger als vier Stunden zur\u00fcckgelegt werden k\u00f6nnen, nicht mehr das Flugzeug, sondern den Zug nehmen soll. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Franzosen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regierung<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">erkl\u00e4rt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> diese Ma\u00dfnahme durch <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angabe<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dass \u201eFlugreisen der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Emittent von Treibhausgasen sind.\u201c <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gase<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zur Reduzierung ist daher eine drastische Reduzierung dieser Fortbewegungsart notwendig <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">der CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck des Staates. Um dies zu erreichen, m\u00fcssen wir weniger CO2-intensive Alternativen wie die Bahn f\u00f6rdern, aber auch die Gesamtzahl der Fahrten reduzieren.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Der N\u00fcchternheitsplan des Staates wurde in einem Rundschreiben des Premierministers dargelegt, in dem die 20 obligatorischen N\u00fcchternheitsma\u00dfnahmen im Staat aufgef\u00fchrt sind. Einige dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enthalten ein Ziel f\u00fcr 2024, das auf eine Reduzierung der Flugreisen um 20% gegen\u00fcber 2019 abzielt. Der Ehrgeiz dieses Ziels erh\u00f6ht sich auf eine Reduzierung um 30% bis 2027.
