{"id":11177,"date":"2024-07-30T15:17:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T14:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/?post_type=policy-developments&#038;p=11177"},"modified":"2024-10-16T09:46:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:46:53","slug":"das-niederlandische-klimaabkommen-sieht-eine-emissionsreduzierung-bei-geschaftsreisen-vor","status":"publish","type":"policy-developments","link":"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/de\/policy-developments\/the-netherlands-climate-agreement-includes-business-travel-emission-reduction\/","title":{"rendered":"Das niederl\u00e4ndische Klimaabkommen schreibt eine Reduzierung der Emissionen durch Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen vor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Niederlande haben die Reduzierung der Reiseemissionen zur Pflicht gemacht: Ab Juli 2024 sind Unternehmen mit mehr als 100 Besch\u00e4ftigten verpflichtet, der Regierung j\u00e4hrlich \u00fcber ihre Fortschritte bei der Erreichung der vorgeschriebenen Reduzierung der inl\u00e4ndischen Mobilit\u00e4tsemissionen um 50% bis 2030 gegen\u00fcber dem Stand von 2016 Bericht zu erstatten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Anforderung ist Teil der Niederlande <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/climate-change\/climate-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klimaabkommen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und dies gilt sowohl f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftsreisen als auch f\u00fcr das Pendeln. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/stb-2023-472.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verordnung zur arbeitsbezogenen Mobilit\u00e4t von Personen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und seine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/onderwerpen\/rapportage-wpm#voor-wie%3F\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meldepflicht<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ziel ist es, die durch berufliche Mobilit\u00e4t verursachten CO2-Emissionen bis 2030 um mindestens 1,5 Megatonnen zu reduzieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Abkommen stellt die Verlagerung vom Flugzeug auf die Schiene als L\u00f6sung zur Emissionsreduzierung dar. Es besagt, dass alle Fahrten \u00fcber Entfernungen unter 700 km, bei denen die Reisezeit von T\u00fcr zu T\u00fcr mit der Bahn &lt;150% der Reisezeit mit dem Flugzeug entspricht, mit der Bahn zur\u00fcckgelegt werden sollten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Jahr 2026 wird eine Bewertung der gemeldeten Daten erfolgen.
