Die Umsetzung dieser Ma\u00dfnahme beginnt mit der Umsetzung und zielt darauf ab, die Emissionen aus der Luftfahrt zu reduzieren und den Klimawandel zu bek\u00e4mpfen. Die Obergrenze gilt sowohl f\u00fcr Passagier- als auch f\u00fcr Frachtfl\u00fcge und wird alle f\u00fcnf Jahre \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, um ihre Wirksamkeit zu beurteilen. Die niederl\u00e4ndische Regierung hofft, dass andere europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder ihrem Beispiel folgen und \u00e4hnliche Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Reduzierung der Emissionen aus der Luftfahrt einf\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Klage wurde per Gerichtsbeschluss bis Juli 2023 blockiert. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wann<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/aerospace-defense\/netherlands-can-cap-schiphol-flights-dutch-appeal-court-rules-2023-07-07\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Das niederl\u00e4ndische Berufungsgericht entschied, dass die Niederlande die Fl\u00fcge ab Schiphol beschr\u00e4nken d\u00fcrfen.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durch die Reduzierung ihrer Gesch\u00e4ftsfl\u00fcge k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen davon profitieren, dass sie nicht von Flughafenbeschr\u00e4nkungen betroffen sind.
