Diese neuen Vorschriften verlangen von Finanzinstituten (Banken, Wertpapierfirmen und Versicherungsgesellschaften), offenzulegen, wie sie Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Risiken (ESG) in ihre Entscheidungsprozesse integrieren. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, die Transparenz und Rechenschaftspflicht im Finanzsektor zu verbessern und nachhaltigere Anlagepraktiken zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Mai 2018 wurde im Rahmen des Sustainable-Finance-Pakets ein Vorschlag f\u00fcr eine Verordnung zur nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Offenlegung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor vorgelegt und verabschiedet. Die Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR) erlegt Herstellern von Finanzprodukten und Finanzberatern Nachhaltigkeitsoffenlegungspflichten in Bezug auf die Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken in alle Anlageprozesse und f\u00fcr Finanzprodukte auf, die nachhaltige Anlageziele verfolgen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Offenlegung negativer Auswirkungen auf Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte auf Unternehmens- und Finanzproduktebene erforderlich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat am 6. April 2022 technische Regulierungsstandards verabschiedet, die den Inhalt, die Methodik und die Darstellung nachhaltigkeitsbezogener Informationen festlegen, die von Finanzmarktteilnehmern im Rahmen der SFDR offengelegt werden m\u00fcssen. Die Einhaltung dieser Anforderungen wird dazu beitragen, den Anlegerschutz zu st\u00e4rken und Greenwashing zu reduzieren. Die Anforderungen gelten ab dem 1.
