El decreto se basa en normas anteriores de informaci\u00f3n no financiera y aporta mayor claridad para resolver inconsistencias del pasado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las empresas incluidas en el \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n del Real Decreto deben cumplir ahora tres obligaciones medioambientales fundamentales. Deben:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00e1lculo anual de la huella de carbono corporativa. Alcance 3 (otras emisiones indirectas): todas las dem\u00e1s emisiones indirectas que se producen a lo largo de la cadena de valor de la empresa (por ejemplo, log\u00edstica de terceros, viajes de negocios de los empleados o gesti\u00f3n de residuos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adoptar y publicar un plan quinquenal que muestre los objetivos de reducci\u00f3n de emisiones, c\u00f3mo los alcanzar\u00e1 la empresa y c\u00f3mo supervisar\u00e1 su progreso.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir p\u00fablicamente y de forma gratuita la huella de carbono y el plan de reducci\u00f3n de emisiones, en un formato de f\u00e1cil acceso, normalmente en el sitio web de la empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto cambia la contabilidad del carbono de una divulgaci\u00f3n voluntaria a una obligaci\u00f3n legal fundamental.
