La medida iniciar\u00e1 su implementaci\u00f3n y tiene como objetivo reducir las emisiones de la aviaci\u00f3n y combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico. El l\u00edmite incluye vuelos de pasajeros y de carga y ser\u00e1 revisado cada cinco a\u00f1os para evaluar su eficacia.
