Esta legislaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica establece un marco integral para la acci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica, que abarca la reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI), la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas de emisiones negativas (NET), la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico y la alineaci\u00f3n de los flujos financieros con un desarrollo bajo en emisiones y resiliente al clima.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, la ley tambi\u00e9n aborda las emisiones de la aviaci\u00f3n y el transporte mar\u00edtimo internacionales que repostan en Suiza, garantizando su inclusi\u00f3n en los objetivos generales de reducci\u00f3n. Para garantizar el progreso, la Ley establece objetivos provisionales ambiciosos para la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones durante per\u00edodos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el art\u00edculo 5<strong> exige que las empresas se alineen con el objetivo de cero emisiones netas para 2050<\/strong>, cubriendo tanto las emisiones de alcance 1 como 2. Para facilitar esta transici\u00f3n, se alienta a las empresas a desarrollar planes de transici\u00f3n, y aquellas que presenten planes para 2029 recibir\u00e1n apoyo de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la ley ya ha sido aprobada, el gobierno suizo est\u00e1 determinando actualmente la fecha de su entrada en vigor.
