Plut\u00f4t que de surveiller les \u00e9missions hors CO2 de tous les vols au d\u00e9part de l\u2019Europe, seuls les vols au sein de l\u2019Espace \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en (EEE) seront pris en compte. Les entreprises et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile appellent la Commission europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 garantir une port\u00e9e g\u00e9ographique compl\u00e8te du syst\u00e8me, afin de contribuer \u00e0 comptabiliser avec pr\u00e9cision l\u2019impact global des vols et de soutenir les efforts visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De nombreuses grandes entreprises s\u2019engagent \u00e0 jouer leur r\u00f4le dans l\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique, et d\u00e9clarent et r\u00e9duisent donc leurs \u00e9missions globales et celles li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9placements professionnels, y compris le for\u00e7age radiatif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les aider \u00e0 atteindre cet objectif, ils ont besoin que la Commission europ\u00e9enne garantisse <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des conditions de concurrence \u00e9quitables, avec des normes et des m\u00e9thodologies harmonis\u00e9es pour les voyages d\u2019affaires afin de pouvoir contribuer \u00e0 favoriser les voyages d\u00e9carbon\u00e9s en Europe.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages d\u2019affaires ne peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e sans am\u00e9liorer les normes de comptabilit\u00e9 climatique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019un des obstacles auxquels les entreprises sont confront\u00e9es <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La difficult\u00e9 de suivre pleinement les \u00e9missions et les impacts climatiques est due \u00e0 la multiplicit\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodologies actuelles.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les entreprises souhaitent pouvoir d\u00e9clarer plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment leurs \u00e9missions li\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs d\u00e9placements, mais il manque de meilleures orientations. Le cadre de surveillance, de d\u00e9claration et de v\u00e9rification (MRV) du syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9change de quotas d\u2019\u00e9mission de l\u2019UE (ETS) devrait permettre aux entreprises de rendre compte plus facilement de l\u2019impact climatique complet des d\u00e9placements, en incluant des normes de d\u00e9claration compl\u00e8tes pour les effets non li\u00e9s au CO2 de l\u2019aviation. L\u2019UE devrait garantir une port\u00e9e g\u00e9ographique compl\u00e8te pour la d\u00e9claration des \u00e9missions non li\u00e9es au CO2 de tous les vols entrant et sortant de l\u2019UE, afin de s\u2019aligner sur la nature mondiale des voyages d\u2019affaires et des rapports sur la durabilit\u00e9 des entreprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&#039;est pourquoi les signataires de la lettre demandent \u00e0 la Commission europ\u00e9enne de garantir une port\u00e9e g\u00e9ographique compl\u00e8te au programme, afin de contribuer \u00e0 comptabiliser avec pr\u00e9cision l&#039;impact total des vols afin de soutenir les efforts visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new EU monitoring scheme to provide more accurate data on non-CO2 emissions is being put into question.
