Comme peu d'autres r\u00e9gions sont en mesure d'augmenter rapidement leur production, les perturbations continues au Moyen-Orient pourraient frapper durement l'aviation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est plus que jamais temps de r\u00e9duire l'exposition aux chocs ext\u00e9rieurs et \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9 des combustibles fossiles, en r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9placements en avion et en optant pour d'autres modes de transport afin de renforcer la r\u00e9silience.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>R\u00e9duire les vols d'affaires<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon l'AIE, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/sheltering-from-oil-shocks\/air-transport-fuels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entreprise <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">voyage<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> repr\u00e9sente une part importante de l'activit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne, entre 20% et 40%. Dans de nombreux cas, il est possible de les remplacer par des r\u00e9unions virtuelles tout en maintenant la productivit\u00e9. Une r\u00e9duction de 40% des vols d'affaires est r\u00e9alisable \u00e0 court terme et, s'ils sont largement adopt\u00e9s, ces efforts pourraient r\u00e9duire la demande de carbur\u00e9acteur de 7% \u00e0 15%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pand\u00e9mie a prouv\u00e9 que c'\u00e9tait possible. Les entreprises ont investi massivement dans la technologie des r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance, rendant les interactions virtuelles plus efficaces et plus largement accept\u00e9es. Les entreprises n'ont pas seulement surv\u00e9cu, beaucoup ont prosp\u00e9r\u00e9 en prenant ce virage. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/ranking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entreprises<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comme KPMG, Capgemini et Deloitte ont mis en place des voyages d'affaires. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9missions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de 50% d'ici \u00e0 2030 et d'une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">progressent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour les rencontrer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024, le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais s'est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de 30% les d\u00e9placements a\u00e9riens sortants de son personnel d'ici 2027, par rapport \u00e0 2019.  Il s'est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/evolutions-politiques\/plan-francais-de-sobriete-energetique-acte-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 son personnel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de prendre le train plut\u00f4t que l'avion, les trajets en train pouvant \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s en moins de quatre heures. Les entreprises <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/evolutions-politiques\/plan-de-sobriete-comment-les-entreprises-peuvent-contribuer-a-economiser-lenergie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9taient \u00e9galement <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demand\u00e9<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de r\u00e9duire les vols, le transport a\u00e9rien ne devant \u00eatre envisag\u00e9 que lorsque le trajet en train d\u00e9passe quatre heures \u00e0 l'aller ou six heures \u00e0 l'aller-retour dans une m\u00eame journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le contexte de la crise actuelle, les gouvernements du monde entier prennent \u00e9galement des mesures. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thailand.prd.go.th\/en\/content\/category\/detail\/id\/48\/iid\/484293\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tha\u00eflande<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a suspendu les voyages \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger des agences de l'\u00c9tat, tandis que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/english.ahram.org.eg\/NewsContent\/1\/2\/563670\/Egypt\/Society\/Egypt-cuts-government-spending,-energy-use-amid-re.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9gypte<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/profit.pakistantoday.com.pk\/2026\/03\/16\/ib-to-audit-pms-fuel-austerity-measures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pakistan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2026\/3\/12\/southeast-asia-shuts-offices-limits-travel-as-oil-crisis-deepens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vietnam<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ont tous introduit des mesures visant \u00e0 limiter les d\u00e9placements des fonctionnaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Couper sur<\/b> <b>vols long-courriers\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2024, les vols les plus polluants au d\u00e9part de l'Europe <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportenvironment.org\/articles\/airline-emissions-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9taient des liaisons long-courriers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comme Londres-New York et Francfort-Shanghai. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/iea.blob.core.windows.net\/assets\/405543d2-054d-4cbd-9b89-d174831643a4\/NetZeroby2050-ARoadmapfortheGlobalEnergySector_CORR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sc\u00e9nario Net Zero 2050 de l'AIE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une r\u00e9duction cibl\u00e9e des vols de 12%, y compris les vols de loisirs long-courriers, pourrait r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions mondiales de l'aviation de 50%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les vols long-courriers ne se contentent pas d'\u00e9mettre du CO\u2082, ils produisent \u00e9galement des effets de r\u00e9chauffement suppl\u00e9mentaires, plus visibles sous la forme de tra\u00een\u00e9es de condensation. \u00c9galement appel\u00e9es \u00e9missions de non-CO\u2082, elles r\u00e9chauffent en fait le climat. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">au moins autant <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que les \u00e9missions de carbone du vol lui-m\u00eame. Le principe <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">devrait \u00eatre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9viter les vols long-courriers inutiles et choisir des destinations accessibles par le rail ou d'autres moyens de transport \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions, dans la mesure du possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Choisir des alternatives ferroviaires<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les lignes ferroviaires \u00e0 grande vitesse relient les grandes villes dans un rayon de 1 000 kilom\u00e8tres, les trains offrent une v\u00e9ritable alternative aux vols court-courriers. Sur les itin\u00e9raires o\u00f9 le service est abordable, fiable et pratique, le train \u00e0 grande vitesse est bien plac\u00e9 pour remplacer l'avion. Les trains de nuit constituent \u00e9galement une option pratique pour parcourir de longues distances, o\u00f9 les voyageurs peuvent profiter de la vue, travailler et dormir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le train \u00e0 grande vitesse ne se contente pas de r\u00e9duire la demande de p\u00e9trole et les \u00e9missions, il peut aussi \u00eatre plus rapide, plus confortable, plus fiable et plus abordable que l'avion. Les gares sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement situ\u00e9es dans les centres-villes ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, ce qui les rend plus pratiques et plus durables que les a\u00e9roports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/le-rail-en-premier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entreprises<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comme L'Or\u00e9al, Siemens et Mapfre ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 des politiques ferroviaires claires, encourageant les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">choisir le train<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tout en veillant \u00e0 ce que les voyages restent productifs et confortables. Ces politiques comprennent des mesures telles que la priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e au train plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 l'avion pour les trajets inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 une certaine distance ou dur\u00e9e, et la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9server des billets de premi\u00e8re classe pour permettre aux employ\u00e9s d'\u00eatre plus \u00e0 l'aise dans le train.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur la base de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/a-10-point-plan-to-cut-oil-use\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l'infrastructure existante<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Selon les estimations de la Commission, environ 2% de l'activit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne dans les \u00e9conomies avanc\u00e9es, couvrant \u00e0 la fois les voyages d'agr\u00e9ment et les voyages d'affaires, pourraient \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers le rail \u00e0 grande vitesse. La quasi-totalit\u00e9 de ces vols sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 800 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais a mis en place une mesure <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportenvironment.org\/articles\/environmentally-sustainable-and-socially-responsible-connectivity-in-europe-t-e-consultation-response\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l'interdiction des vols court-courriers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o\u00f9 des alternatives ferroviaires \u00e0 grande vitesse existent, qui est en cours de r\u00e9vision par la Commission europ\u00e9enne. En 2020, la pand\u00e9mie a interrompu les vols. En <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2022<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, L'invasion de l'Ukraine par la Russie a conduit \u00e0 des efforts pour r\u00e9duire la consommation de p\u00e9trole et de k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne.
