Aucune de ces entreprises n\u2019a fix\u00e9 d\u2019objectifs pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions des vols professionnels. Microsoft a fix\u00e9 un prix carbone sur les \u00e9missions des voyages d&#039;affaires ($100 par tonne m\u00e9trique d&#039;\u00e9quivalent CO2), afin de mieux soutenir l&#039;achat de carburant d&#039;aviation durable. Microsoft obtient la note C dans le classement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meta (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re de Facebook) ne fixe pas d&#039;objectif de r\u00e9duction de ses \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages d&#039;affaires, selon l&#039;\u00e9tude. Au lieu de cela, il pr\u00e9tend r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de ses voyages d&#039;affaires en achetant 700 000 gallons de carburant d&#039;aviation durable en 2021. Le <a href=\"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/ranking\/\">\u00e9tude<\/a> examine les entreprises les plus \u00e9mettrices qui ne fixent pas d\u2019objectifs de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages d\u2019affaires. Parmi les 25 principaux \u00e9metteurs sans objectifs, 12 sont des entreprises am\u00e9ricaines. Les cinq premiers d&#039;entre eux sont Johnson &amp; Johnson, IBM, Microsoft, Alphabet (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re de Google) et Merck &amp; Co.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019analyse montre que fixer de tels objectifs est n\u00e9anmoins possible, puisque des entreprises de taille ou de secteur similaire l\u2019ont fait. Pfizer, par exemple, s&#039;est fix\u00e9 un objectif de -25% d&#039;ici 2025. Le Adobe va plus loin avec un objectif de -30% d&#039;ici 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;\u00e9tude montre que si 10% d&#039;entreprises \u2013 les plus grands \u00e9metteurs du classement \u2013 fixaient des objectifs de r\u00e9duction de 50%, cela repr\u00e9senterait la moiti\u00e9 du chemin vers l&#039;atteinte de l&#039;objectif mondial de -50% des \u00e9missions du transport a\u00e9rien des entreprises d&#039;ici 2025. La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de l&#039;aviation est d\u00e9sormais plus cruciale. que jamais, si nous voulons rester \u00e0 moins de 1,5\u00b0C du r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la d\u00e9cennie critique qui s\u2019\u00e9tend jusqu\u2019en 2030, le meilleur moyen de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de l\u2019aviation est de voler moins, car le moment choisi pour d\u00e9velopper les carburants durables et les avions z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission est actuellement post-2030, et la compensation ne peut se substituer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La campagne Travel Smart appelle les entreprises \u00e0 fixer des objectifs ambitieux pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions des voyages d&#039;affaires, passer du transport a\u00e9rien au transport ferroviaire lorsque cela est possible et privil\u00e9gier la collaboration virtuelle plut\u00f4t que les vols long-courriers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denise Auclair <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conclut : \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les plus gros \u00e9metteurs ont le plus grand r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de leurs vols professionnels. Les moyens pour y parvenir sont plus accessibles que jamais : le transport ferroviaire lorsque les distances le permettent et la collaboration virtuelle pour \u00e9viter les vols long-courriers.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Note aux \u00e9diteurs\u00a0:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transport &amp; Environment, en collaboration avec une coalition de partenaires mondiaux, a lanc\u00e9 la campagne Travel Smart en 2022 avec une \u00e9dition annuelle d&#039;un classement d&#039;entreprise sur les pratiques de voyages d&#039;affaires durables. La campagne s&#039;engage aupr\u00e8s des entreprises, avec pour objectif qu&#039;elles r\u00e9duisent leurs \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages d&#039;affaires de 50% ou plus par rapport aux niveaux d&#039;avant Covid d&#039;ici 2025 ou avant.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le classement Travel Smart classe 322 entreprises am\u00e9ricaines, europ\u00e9ennes et indiennes selon 10 indicateurs relatifs aux \u00e9missions du transport a\u00e9rien, aux objectifs de r\u00e9duction et au reporting. Les meilleurs voyageurs internationaux des 17 pays du classement repr\u00e9sentent une part importante des voyages d&#039;affaires dans le monde. L\u2019analyse met en lumi\u00e8re les efforts importants que certaines entreprises mondiales doivent encore d\u00e9ployer pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de leurs d\u00e9placements professionnels. Les entreprises re\u00e7oivent une note A, B, C ou D.
