Cela signifie que l&#039;objectif ultime de ces mesures est de r\u00e9duire la demande pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la d\u00e9carbonation de l&#039;\u00e9nergie et de l&#039;\u00e9conomie de l&#039;\u00c9tat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La d\u00e9carbonation des transports est un pilier cl\u00e9 de ce plan. Parmi les mesures, le gouvernement demande \u00e0 ses agents de prendre le train au lieu de l&#039;avion pour les trajets pouvant \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s en moins de 4 heures en train \u00e0 partir de janvier 2024. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le fran\u00e7ais <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gouvernement<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expliqu\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cette mesure par <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9clarant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que \u00ab le transport a\u00e9rien est le plus grand \u00e9metteur de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre \u00bb <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gaz<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Une r\u00e9duction drastique de ce mode de d\u00e9placement est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9duire <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019empreinte carbone de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Pour y parvenir, nous devons promouvoir des alternatives moins \u00e9mettrices de carbone comme le train, mais aussi en r\u00e9duisant le nombre total de d\u00e9placements.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le plan de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00c9tat a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 dans une circulaire du Premier ministre d\u00e9taillant les 20 mesures de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 obligatoires au sein de l&#039;\u00c9tat. Certaines de ces mesures<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inclure un objectif 2024, visant une r\u00e9duction de 20% des voyages a\u00e9riens aller par rapport \u00e0 2019. L&#039;ambition de cet objectif s&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de 30% d&#039;ici 2027.
