{"id":11177,"date":"2024-07-30T15:17:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T14:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/?post_type=policy-developments&#038;p=11177"},"modified":"2024-10-16T09:46:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:46:53","slug":"laccord-climatique-des-pays-bas-inclut-la-reduction-des-emissions-des-voyages-daffaires","status":"publish","type":"policy-developments","link":"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/fr\/policy-developments\/the-netherlands-climate-agreement-includes-business-travel-emission-reduction\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;accord climatique des Pays-Bas impose une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux voyages d&#039;affaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Pays-Bas ont fait de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9placements une exigence : \u00e0 partir de juillet 2024, les entreprises de plus de 100 employ\u00e9s sont tenues de rendre compte chaque ann\u00e9e au gouvernement des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s vers la r\u00e9duction obligatoire 50% des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure d&#039;ici 2030, par rapport aux niveaux de 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette exigence fait partie des Pays-Bas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/climate-change\/climate-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accord sur le climat<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et cela s\u2019applique aussi bien aux voyages d\u2019affaires qu\u2019aux d\u00e9placements domicile-travail. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/stb-2023-472.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9cret sur la mobilit\u00e9 des personnes li\u00e9e au travail<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et son <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/onderwerpen\/rapportage-wpm#voor-wie%3F\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obligation de d\u00e9claration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> viser \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 caus\u00e9es par la mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle d\u2019au moins 1,5 m\u00e9gatonne d\u2019ici 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;accord pr\u00e9sente le passage de l&#039;avion au rail comme une solution pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions. Il stipule que tous les d\u00e9placements sur des distances inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 700 km, lorsque le temps de trajet de porte \u00e0 porte en train est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 150% au temps de trajet en avion, doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s en train.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9valuation des donn\u00e9es rapport\u00e9es sera effectu\u00e9e en 2026.
