Les exigences incluent le passage aux voyages en train. Il a fix\u00e9 la r\u00e8gle suivante : les employ\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9raux utiliseront le train pour des trajets inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 250 miles (environ 400 km) lorsque cela est rentable et disponible, au lieu de prendre un avion ou un v\u00e9hicule.
