Cette d\u00e9cision d\u00e9butera sa mise en \u0153uvre et vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de l\u2019aviation et \u00e0 lutter contre le changement climatique. Le plafond couvre \u00e0 la fois les vols de passagers et de fret, et il sera r\u00e9examin\u00e9 tous les cinq ans pour \u00e9valuer son efficacit\u00e9. Le gouvernement n\u00e9erlandais esp\u00e8re que d\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens suivront son exemple et introduiront des mesures similaires pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de l\u2019aviation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;action a \u00e9t\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9e par d\u00e9cision de justice jusqu&#039;en juillet 2023, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quand<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/aerospace-defense\/netherlands-can-cap-schiphol-flights-dutch-appeal-court-rules-2023-07-07\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la Cour d&#039;appel n\u00e9erlandaise a statu\u00e9 que les Pays-Bas peuvent limiter les vols vers Schiphol.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r\u00e9duisant leurs vols d&#039;affaires, les entreprises peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ne pas \u00eatre affect\u00e9es par les restrictions a\u00e9roportuaires, contribuer \u00e0 rendre l&#039;aviation plus durable, assurer leur r\u00e9silience face \u00e0 la crise climatique et innover dans les moyens de se connecter et de mener leur activit\u00e9 commerciale sans avoir \u00e0 monter dans un avion. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet de plafonnement des a\u00e9roports d&#039;Amsterdam a mobilis\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes, \u00e0 commencer par les compagnies a\u00e9riennes, le gouvernement am\u00e9ricain et la Commission europ\u00e9enne, qui ont demand\u00e9 son arr\u00eat et ont convaincu le gouvernement n\u00e9erlandais de le faire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, le projet est maintenant de nouveau sur la table apr\u00e8s que l&#039;a\u00e9roport lui-m\u00eame l&#039;a demand\u00e9. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en citant \u00ab une combinaison d\u2019installations terminales insuffisantes pour les gros porteurs, de ressources insuffisantes pour les contr\u00f4les douaniers et aux fronti\u00e8res et d\u2019un manque de capacit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le du trafic a\u00e9rien \u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Efforts to accelerate the decarbonisation of the aviation sector are increasingly taking place, even from air travel emission hubs: airports.\u00a0 The Dutch government introduced in June 2022 a world-first cap on flights from a European hub by limiting the number of flights to and from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam to 500,000 per year.
