Cela n\u00e9cessitera une transition rapide vers des sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions de carbone, telles que les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et l\u2019\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire, ainsi que l\u2019adoption de mesures d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la d\u00e9carbonation des transports, de l\u2019industrie et des b\u00e2timents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les changements rapides et profonds de la demande permettent \u00e0 chaque secteur de r\u00e9duire plus facilement les \u00e9missions de GES \u00e0 court et moyen terme, ce qui peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonation des transports. En mati\u00e8re d\u2019aviation, les voyageurs fr\u00e9quents, souvent associ\u00e9s aux vols d\u2019affaires, doivent commencer \u00e0 envisager d\u2019autres moyens de transport. Les voyages d\u2019affaires repr\u00e9sentent environ entre 15% et 20% du transport a\u00e9rien mondial. <\/span><b>Le plus grand potentiel d\u2019\u00e9vitement r\u00e9side dans la r\u00e9duction du transport a\u00e9rien long-courrier et dans la fourniture d\u2019infrastructures urbaines \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone sur de courtes distances.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Deux ans apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, les entreprises ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les technologies virtuelles dans leurs mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques, ce qui peut constituer un moyen efficace d\u2019\u00e9viter les voyages long-courriers pour se rendre \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions. Pour les courtes distances et les d\u00e9placements r\u00e9gionaux, les trains \u00e0 grande vitesse constituent une option beaucoup plus durable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rapport note que les co\u00fbts de l\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique sont substantiels, mais qu\u2019ils sont contrebalanc\u00e9s par les avantages d\u2019\u00e9viter les pires impacts du changement climatique, tels que l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et hydrique, les d\u00e9placements et les conflits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans l\u2019ensemble, le rapport conclut que limiter le r\u00e9chauffement climatique \u00e0 1,5\u00b0C est techniquement et \u00e9conomiquement r\u00e9alisable, mais n\u00e9cessitera une action urgente et soutenue de la part de tous les secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
