Ci\u00f2 significa che l&#039;obiettivo finale di queste misure \u00e8 ridurre la domanda per accelerare la decarbonizzazione dell&#039;energia e dell&#039;economia dello Stato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La decarbonizzazione dei trasporti \u00e8 un pilastro fondamentale di questo piano. Tra le misure, il governo chiede al proprio personale di prendere il treno anzich\u00e9 l&#039;aereo per i viaggi che potranno essere effettuati in meno di 4 ore in treno a partire da gennaio 2024. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il francese <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">governo<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">spiegato<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> questa misura da <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">affermando<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> che \u201cI viaggi aerei sono i maggiori responsabili delle emissioni di gas serra <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Per ridurre \u00e8 quindi necessaria una drastica riduzione di questa modalit\u00e0 di viaggio <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019impronta carbonica dello Stato. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, dobbiamo promuovere alternative a minore intensit\u00e0 di carbonio come il treno, ma anche riducendo il numero totale di viaggi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il piano di sobriet\u00e0 dello Stato \u00e8 stato stabilito in una circolare del Primo Ministro che descrive in dettaglio le 20 misure di sobriet\u00e0 obbligatorie all&#039;interno dello Stato. Alcuni di questi misurano<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> includere un obiettivo per il 2024, che punta a una riduzione di 20% di viaggi aerei in uscita rispetto al 2019. L&#039;ambizione di questo obiettivo aumenta fino a raggiungere una riduzione di 30% entro il 2027.
