Dit is de belangrijkste conclusie van een nieuwe briefing van Transport &amp; Environment en de Travel Smart-campagne, die bedrijven begeleidt die SAF voor zakenreizen willen kopen en erin willen investeren. De nieuwe gids biedt bedrijven diepgaande informatie over duurzame brandstoffen en hoe ze het \u2018groene\u2019 label dat er vaak naast staat, kunnen lezen.<br \/>\nBedrijven moeten kritisch zijn om geloofwaardige keuzes te kunnen maken bij hun keuze voor groene brandstoffen. Ze moeten ten koste van alles de aankoop van op gewassen gebaseerde biobrandstoffen vermijden en prioriteit geven aan de ontwikkeling van synthetische brandstoffen (bekend als e-kerosine) boven andere soorten biobrandstoffen. Waarom?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Indien correct geproduceerd,<b> e-kerosine <\/b>heeft het potentieel om bijna CO2-neutraal te zijn.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Aan de andere kant is de duurzaamheid van <b>biobrandstoffen <\/b>is twijfelachtiger omdat ze slechts in zeer beperkte hoeveelheden verkrijgbaar zijn. <b>Op gewassen gebaseerde biobrandstoffen<\/b> concurreren met de voedselzekerheid. <b>Biobrandstoffen op basis van afval<\/b> (afkomstig uit gebruikte bakolie, dierlijke vetten of bosresten) zijn duurzamer, maar lijden onder de beperkte beschikbaarheid en concurrerende toepassingen in andere industrie\u00ebn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Executive-summary-e1698134513335-899x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"911\" \/><br \/>\nDe gids waarschuwt daar ook voor <b>SAF kopen betekent niet dat u op SAF vliegt<\/b>. SAF is niet op alle luchthavens fysiek beschikbaar, vooral omdat ze slechts op een beperkt aantal locaties worden geproduceerd. Als gevolg hiervan bieden de meeste luchtvaartmaatschappijen of brandstofproducenten de aankoop niet aan <i>fysiek<\/i> SAF maar van <i>het milieukenmerk <\/i>van SAF.<br \/>\nEr worden steeds meer SAF-programma&#039;s voor bedrijven opgezet door luchtvaartmaatschappijen en brandstofleveranciers, maar ook door reismanagementplatforms of zakelijke partnerschappen. Het is echter voor bedrijven onmogelijk om het type SAF te selecteren dat zij willen ondersteunen. Bedrijven moeten daarom onderhandelen met luchtvaartmaatschappijen en\/of brandstofleveranciers om inspraak te krijgen over het type SAF dat zij willen ondersteunen.<br \/>\nWilt u meer weten over hoe bedrijven op een duurzame manier SAF kunnen omarmen en erin kunnen investeren?
