De vermindering van de uitstoot door zakenreizen kan niet worden aangepakt zonder de multimodale en grensoverschrijdende ticketverkoop te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Een van de obstakels waarmee bedrijven te maken krijgen als ze grensoverschrijdend per spoor willen reizen, is het gebrek aan ticketinformatie die vervoerders delen met boekingsplatforms. Ze zijn steeds meer op zoek naar duurzamere reismogelijkheden, maar boekingstools kunnen vaak alleen de vluchtoptie weergeven. Om de ambities van de Europese Green Deal te ondersteunen, moet de MDMS-verordening het eenvoudiger maken om multimodale transportreizen met verschillende vervoersaanbiedingen in \u00e9\u00e9n boeking te boeken. Om dit te bereiken moet de EU vervoerders de opdracht geven om alle boekingsplatforms hun tickets onder eerlijke, redelijke en niet-discriminerende voorwaarden te laten verkopen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is de reden waarom de ondertekenaars van de brief de Europese Commissie oproepen om het MDMS-voorstel te publiceren ter ondersteuning van de inspanningen om de uitstoot van reizen te verminderen, waardoor we de mogelijkheid krijgen om gemakkelijk de meest duurzame vervoerswijzen te boeken.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het wetgevingsvoorstel van de Commissie, aanvankelijk gepland voor juni 2023, heeft opnieuw vertraging opgelopen.
