TravelSmart waardeert elk jaar 326 grote ondernemingen in de Verenigde Staten, Europa en India op basis van hun uitstoot voor zakenreizen. Le classement se base sur des indicateurs tels les objectifs de r\u00e9duction, la transparence appliqu\u00e9e et les mesures concr\u00e8tes prises. Het klassement is opgesteld door de Europese vereniging Transport & Environment T&E.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wat de suisses betreft, kent het klassement de notitie A toe aan Swiss Re en Zurich Insurance. \"Elles prouvent une fois de plus que moins prendre l'avion ne se fait pas au d\u00e9triment de la r\u00e9ussite commerciale\", estime Yves Chatton, expert en transport a\u00e9rien \u00e0 l'ATE. \"Swiss Re en Z\u00fcrich hebben al vijf jaar een duidelijk doel voor ogen en hebben sindsdien hun emissies voor zakenreizen van ongeveer twee ton verminderd. Elles misent donc principalement sur les budgets voyages et \u00e9missions.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Een belangrijke besoin de rattrapage<\/b><\/h4>\n

Maar alle suisses ondernemingen zijn nog steeds niet in staat om dit te doen: cimentier Holcim heeft nog steeds geen doelstellingen gedefinieerd om het luchttransport te beperken. Glencore bewaart zijn ondoorzichtigheid en weigert zelfs zijn gegevens hierover te publiceren. Et ABB et Nestl\u00e9 ont quasiment retrouv\u00e9 leur niveau de 2019, alors que les entreprises mondiales ont r\u00e9duit leurs \u00e9missions d'un tiers en moyenne dans le m\u00eame laps de temps.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Het hebben van concrete doelstellingen is essentieel, met name voor multinationals, om de klimaatdoelstellingen te kunnen respecteren en verantwoordelijk te kunnen handelen als onderneming\", concludeert Yves Chatton. Het TravelSmart klassement laat duidelijk zien dat ondernemingen die concrete doelstellingen hebben, hun uitstoot aanzienlijk verminderen. De ondernemingen in Zwitserland kunnen een voorbeeldfunctie vervullen. \"Sommigen spelen deze rol al, anderen moeten snel handelen.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

L'ATE et T&E appellent les entreprises \u00e0 se fixer des objectifs clairs et ambitieux de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions dans le domaine des voyages d'affaires et \u00e0 les appliquer avec coh\u00e9rence. De videoconferentie is bovendien een gerechtelijk alternatief om lange vliegreizen volledig te vermijden.<\/span><\/p>\n
