Dit betekent dat het uiteindelijke doel van deze maatregelen is om de vraag te verminderen om de decarbonisatie van de energie en economie van de staat te versnellen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het koolstofarm maken van het vervoer is een belangrijke pijler van dit plan. Onder de maatregelen vraagt de regering haar personeel om vanaf januari 2024 de trein te nemen in plaats van het vliegtuig voor reizen die met de trein in minder dan 4 uur kunnen worden gemaakt. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Fransen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">regering<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uitgelegd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> deze maatregel door <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vermelden<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dat \u201cvliegreizen de grootste uitstoter van broeikasgassen zijn <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gassen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Een drastische reductie van deze manier van reizen is daarom noodzakelijk <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de ecologische voetafdruk van de staat. Om dit te bereiken moeten we minder CO2-intensieve alternatieven bevorderen, zoals de trein, maar ook door het totale aantal reizen terug te dringen.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Het nuchterheidsplan van de staat is uiteengezet in een circulaire van de premier, waarin de twintig verplichte nuchterheidsmaatregelen binnen de staat worden beschreven. Sommige van deze maatregelen<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> omvatten een doelstelling voor 2024, gericht op een reductie van 20% van uitgaande vliegreizen ten opzichte van 2019. De ambitie van deze doelstelling stijgt naar een reductie van 30% in 2027.
