{"id":20224,"date":"2026-01-16T14:28:53","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T13:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/?post_type=policy-developments&#038;p=20224"},"modified":"2026-06-25T10:35:44","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T09:35:44","slug":"scotland-bans-private-jets-from-eindhoven-airport","status":"publish","type":"policy-developments","link":"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/nl\/policy-developments\/scotland-bans-private-jets-from-eindhoven-airport\/","title":{"rendered":"Priv\u00e9jets verboden op vliegveld Eindhoven"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De maatregel is aangekondigd in november 2023 en maakt deel uit van de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eindhovenairport.nl\/en\/news-and-media\/eindhoven-airport-accelerating-sustainability-as-we-approach-2030\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De strategie van de luchthaven<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> om de uitstoot van kooldioxide en de geluidsoverlast tegen 2030 met 30% te verminderen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">Om deze doelstellingen voor 2030 te realiseren, voert Eindhoven Airport de volgende belangrijke maatregelen door:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\">Beperking van de capaciteit voor vluchten op fossiele brandstoffen of andere particuliere vluchten met ingang van januari 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,1,0\">Het aantal vluchten per jaar wordt beperkt tot 40.500 (2026\u20132027), waarna in 2028 wordt overgestapt op geluidsgebaseerde monitoring<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,2,0\">Versnelde invoering van geluidsarme vertrekprocedures ter bescherming van de lokale gemeenschappen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,2,0\">Vanaf 2030 mogen op Eindhoven Airport alleen nog vliegtuigen van de nieuwste generatie landen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,2,0\">Het aanscherpen van de verplichte bijmengpercentages voor duurzame vliegtuigbrandstoffen en het subsidi\u00ebren van luchtvaartmaatschappijen die deze brandstoffen gebruiken<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"text-marine02  my-2 md:my-3\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-marine02  my-2 md:my-3\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit besluit volgt op eerdere stappen van de Nederlandse regering, waaronder de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/nl\/beleidsontwikkelingen\/netherlands-establishes-differentiated-flight-tax-based-on-travel-distance\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">invoering van een vliegbelasting op basis van afstand<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en plannen om <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/nl\/beleidsontwikkelingen\/netherlands-to-raise-private-jet-taxes-starting-in-2030\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">belastingen op priv\u00e9vliegtuigen verhogen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vanaf 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Luchthavens zullen voorrang moeten geven aan essenti\u00eble vluchten boven vluchten die slechts een klein segment bedienen en waarvan de reis ook met een commerci\u00eble vlucht of per trein kan worden afgelegd.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Announced in November 2023, the measure is part of the airport\u2019s strategy to cut carbon dioxide emissions and noise pollution by 30% by 2030.
