W marcu 2018 r. Komisja Europejska (KE) przedstawi\u0142a plan dzia\u0142ania dotycz\u0105cy finansowania zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conego wzrostu gospodarczego, kt\u00f3ry obejmowa\u0142 wzmocnienie <\/span>ujawnienie informacji o zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conym rozwoju<\/b>. Te nowe przepisy wymagaj\u0105, aby instytucje finansowe (banki, firmy inwestycyjne i firmy ubezpieczeniowe) ujawnia\u0142y, w jaki spos\u00f3b integruj\u0105 ryzyka \u015brodowiskowe, spo\u0142eczne i \u0142adu korporacyjnego (ESG) w swoich procesach decyzyjnych. G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem jest poprawa przejrzysto\u015bci i odpowiedzialno\u015bci w sektorze finansowym oraz zach\u0119canie do bardziej zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conych praktyk inwestycyjnych.<\/span><\/p>\n

W maju 2018 r. przedstawiono i przyj\u0119to propozycj\u0119 rozporz\u0105dzenia w sprawie ujawniania informacji zwi\u0105zanych ze zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conym rozwojem w sektorze us\u0142ug finansowych jako cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 pakietu dotycz\u0105cego zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conych finans\u00f3w. Rozporz\u0105dzenie w sprawie ujawniania informacji dotycz\u0105cych zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conego rozwoju (SFDR) nak\u0142ada na producent\u00f3w produkt\u00f3w finansowych i doradc\u00f3w finansowych obowi\u0105zki ujawniania informacji dotycz\u0105cych zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conego rozwoju w odniesieniu do integracji ryzyk zwi\u0105zanych ze zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conym rozwojem we wszystkich procesach inwestycyjnych oraz w przypadku produkt\u00f3w finansowych, kt\u00f3re realizuj\u0105 cele zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conych inwestycji. Wymaga ono r\u00f3wnie\u017c ujawniania negatywnych skutk\u00f3w dla kwestii zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conego rozwoju na poziomie podmiotu i produktu finansowego.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komisja Europejska przyj\u0119\u0142a regulacyjne standardy techniczne 6 kwietnia 2022 r., kt\u00f3re okre\u015blaj\u0105 tre\u015b\u0107, metodologi\u0119 i prezentacj\u0119 informacji zwi\u0105zanych ze zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conym rozwojem, kt\u00f3re maj\u0105 by\u0107 ujawniane przez uczestnik\u00f3w rynku finansowego na mocy SFDR. Zgodno\u015b\u0107 z tymi wymogami przyczyni si\u0119 do wzmocnienia ochrony inwestor\u00f3w i ograniczenia greenwashingu. Wymagania te obowi\u0105zuj\u0105 od 1 stycznia 2023 r.<\/span><\/p>\n
