Como parte deste esfor\u00e7o, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/pt\/trilho-primeiro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">todos os anos novas empresas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> decidem reduzir as suas emiss\u00f5es de viagens a\u00e9reas mudando para os caminhos-de-ferro. Este ano, mais uma vez, a din\u00e2mica \u00e9 ineg\u00e1vel: as empresas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o apenas a falar sobre o assunto: est\u00e3o a agir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exemplos not\u00e1veis incluem a Roland Berger, a empresa de consultoria global, que implementou uma pol\u00edtica ferrovi\u00e1ria obrigat\u00f3ria para viagens que podem ser conclu\u00eddas de comboio em menos de 3h30, oferecendo aos empregados regalias como viagens de comboio em primeira classe e permitindo que o tempo de comboio conte como horas de trabalho para o trabalho efectuado durante viagens pessoais. Do mesmo modo, a grande empresa farmac\u00eautica AstraZeneca imp\u00f5e a obrigatoriedade de viajar de comboio em trajectos inferiores a quatro horas e o banco multinacional ING restringe as viagens de avi\u00e3o nos trajectos de curta dist\u00e2ncia em que esteja dispon\u00edvel o comboio de alta velocidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As pr\u00e1ticas destas empresas ilustram uma tend\u00eancia maior. Tomemos como exemplo o Reino Unido, onde as viagens de comboio dos funcion\u00e1rios do sector p\u00fablico ultrapassam agora as viagens de avi\u00e3o em <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/transform.scot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Fight-or-Flight-summary-report.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rotas entre a Esc\u00f3cia e Londres<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A Fran\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m registou um aumento das viagens de neg\u00f3cios por via ferrovi\u00e1ria, com a SNCF, o operador ferrovi\u00e1rio nacional, a informar que as viagens de neg\u00f3cios por via ferrovi\u00e1ria <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/sncf-record-passagers-2023-20240122.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">regressou aos n\u00edveis de 2019<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De facto, o <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/pt\/desenvolvimentos-politicos\/plano-frances-de-sobriedade-energetica-ato-ii\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Governo franc\u00eas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> incentiva agora fortemente as empresas a optarem pelo comboio nas viagens de menos de quatro horas. Este \u00e9 o futuro das viagens de neg\u00f3cios na Europa, e est\u00e1 a acontecer agora.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Os viajantes empresariais querem melhores servi\u00e7os transfronteiri\u00e7os<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas continuam a existir estrangulamentos e, se n\u00e3o forem resolvidos, a mudan\u00e7a para o transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 interrompida. Em primeiro lugar, temos de resolver os processos complicados de reserva de bilhetes de comboio. \u00c9 a\u00ed que o <\/span><b>Regulamento de Bilhete \u00danico da UE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chega. Confirmado pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, ser\u00e1 apresentado em 2025 e simplificar\u00e1 o processo de reserva de viagens internacionais de comboio. Mais de 70 empresas j\u00e1 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-draft-letter-MDMS-corporates-2024-Elections.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chamado<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que a UE melhore a emiss\u00e3o de bilhetes, e agora a UE est\u00e1 a responder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O novo regulamento exigir\u00e1 que os operadores ferrovi\u00e1rios partilhem os seus dados em todas as plataformas, permitindo que os viajantes de neg\u00f3cios reservem um \u00fanico bilhete para viagens de v\u00e1rios percursos, independentemente dos operadores envolvidos. Esta medida n\u00e3o s\u00f3 facilitar\u00e1 as reservas, como tamb\u00e9m garantir\u00e1 que os passageiros beneficiem de todos os direitos em caso de atrasos ou cancelamentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em segundo lugar, o <\/span><b>A UE e os governos devem aumentar o investimento em infra-estruturas ferrovi\u00e1rias.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Os viajantes de neg\u00f3cios exigem fiabilidade e, em alguns pa\u00edses, o servi\u00e7o simplesmente n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficientemente bom. S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios investimentos na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da rede e na digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir os atrasos e os cancelamentos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomemos como exemplo a Alemanha: menos de dois ter\u00e7os dos comboios de longa dist\u00e2ncia da Deutsche Bahn chegaram a horas em 2024. Esta falta de fiabilidade levou as principais associa\u00e7\u00f5es empresariais, que representam mais de 1500 membros, e empresas como a SAP, a retalhista IKEA, o Grupo Ingka, a Sweco e a Universidade de Li\u00e8ge a juntarem-se a grupos ambientalistas em <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.germanwatch.org\/en\/91726\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apelando ao Governo alem\u00e3o<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> investir na moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da rede ferrovi\u00e1ria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os problemas de fiabilidade n\u00e3o s\u00e3o exclusivos da Alemanha. Para explorar plenamente o potencial do transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio, a Europa tem de tirar partido da sua infraestrutura ferrovi\u00e1ria. O pr\u00f3ximo or\u00e7amento da UE e o Mecanismo Interligar a Europa, um instrumento fundamental de financiamento da UE, devem ser utilizados para melhorar as liga\u00e7\u00f5es transfronteiri\u00e7as.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 evidente que os viajantes de neg\u00f3cios est\u00e3o prontos para fazer a mudan\u00e7a. Mas para que esta mudan\u00e7a seja verdadeiramente aceite, a UE e os governos t\u00eam de atuar rapidamente.
