{"id":11177,"date":"2024-07-30T15:17:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T14:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/?post_type=policy-developments&#038;p=11177"},"modified":"2024-10-16T09:46:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:46:53","slug":"o-acordo-climatico-da-holanda-inclui-reducao-de-emissoes-em-viagens-de-negocios","status":"publish","type":"policy-developments","link":"https:\/\/travelsmartcampaign.org\/pt\/policy-developments\/the-netherlands-climate-agreement-includes-business-travel-emission-reduction\/","title":{"rendered":"O Acordo Clim\u00e1tico dos Pa\u00edses Baixos determina a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es em viagens de neg\u00f3cios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Holanda tornou a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es de viagens uma exig\u00eancia: a partir de julho de 2024, empresas com mais de 100 funcion\u00e1rios dever\u00e3o reportar anualmente ao governo o progresso em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria de 50% nas emiss\u00f5es de mobilidade dom\u00e9stica at\u00e9 2030, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos n\u00edveis de 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este requisito faz parte da Holanda <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/climate-change\/climate-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acordo Clim\u00e1tico<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e isso se aplica tanto a viagens de neg\u00f3cios quanto ao deslocamento di\u00e1rio. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/stb-2023-472.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decreto sobre a Mobilidade de Pessoas em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Trabalho<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e seu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/onderwerpen\/rapportage-wpm#voor-wie%3F\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de reporte<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> visam reduzir as emiss\u00f5es de CO2 causadas pela mobilidade relacionada ao trabalho em pelo menos 1,5 megatons at\u00e9 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Acordo apresenta a mudan\u00e7a do ar para o ferrovi\u00e1rio como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir as emiss\u00f5es. Ele afirma que todas as viagens para dist\u00e2ncias abaixo de 700 km, onde o tempo de viagem de porta a porta de trem \u00e9 &lt;150% o tempo de viagem de avi\u00e3o, devem ser feitas por trem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haver\u00e1 uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados relatados em 2026.
