Estas novas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es exigem que as institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras (bancos, empresas de investimento e companhias de seguros) divulguem a forma como integram os riscos ambientais, sociais e de governa\u00e7\u00e3o (ESG) nos seus processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o. O principal objetivo \u00e9 melhorar a transpar\u00eancia e a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o no setor financeiro e incentivar pr\u00e1ticas de investimento mais sustent\u00e1veis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em maio de 2018, foi apresentada e adotada uma proposta de regulamento sobre a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com a sustentabilidade no setor dos servi\u00e7os financeiros, como parte do pacote de financiamento sustent\u00e1vel. O Regulamento de Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as Sustent\u00e1veis (SFDR) imp\u00f5e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de sustentabilidade aos fabricantes de produtos financeiros e consultores financeiros em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos de sustentabilidade em todos os processos de investimento e para produtos financeiros que perseguem objetivos de investimento sustent\u00e1vel. Tamb\u00e9m exige a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de impactos adversos em quest\u00f5es de sustentabilidade ao n\u00edvel da entidade e do produto financeiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A CE adotou normas t\u00e9cnicas regulamentares em 6 de abril de 2022, que especificam o conte\u00fado, a metodologia e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com a sustentabilidade a serem divulgadas pelos participantes no mercado financeiro ao abrigo do SFDR. O cumprimento destes requisitos contribuir\u00e1 para refor\u00e7ar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos investidores e reduzir o branqueamento ecol\u00f3gico.
